We don't do this section too often. If water is highish, we paddle downstream to Harris Road. If water is low, we paddle down South Alouette and circle back upstream on North Alouette. As usual, we will do a shuttle with due respect to the pandemic. Contact Dave W westell@shaw.ca
This is Bob's favorite paddling place. The freshet has backed up the water between the Stave Dam and the Fraser River, and what was once a braid of chutes and rivets is now one big lake with marshy shores full of wildlife. Contact: Bob P
A scenic paddle through the tidal zones of the Serpentine and Nicomekl rivers in South Surrey, with a lunch break at Crescent beach. Lots of wildlife viewing including marine mammals, bird life and more. Two km shuttle can be walked or driven. Contact Simon W simonpwatkins@gmail.com
