Skagit River Eagle Paddle: Gr 1 & 1+

Hundreds of people paddle the Skagit River to celebrate the annual return of the bald eagles near Rockport Wa. 

This is a trip to the US.  The smallest mishap can mean exorbitant medical bills.  Travel insurance required.
